In my coaching practice, we will work together with the client to investigate what is at the "Root Cause" of their current state of health. I educate and guide them while empowering them to make any necessary food and lifestyle changes they need to make to achieve their wellness goals.

Thank you Jurgita Caballero, for taking your time to take us through this 4 Days Clean Eating Challenge.  I invited my husband to join me in the challenge or otherwise he would have ended up cooking his own meals this week. He reluctantly joined in and to his surprise, he really enjoyed the program.  We enjoyed it so much that we plan to incorporate many of the meals to our weekly meals plan.  The plan was very well explained by Jurgita.  Not only did she send a detailed guide with all we need to execute the 4 Days Eating Clean Challenge, but she also coached and motivated us through the entire process and stayed in touch with us by phone, email and Facebook answering any concerned or question we had.

I just want to thank you again for doing the 5-day cleanse at the beginning of the year. This was my 2nd time doing the cleanse since I did it last year as well and had fun learning new recipes and being reminded of what good nutrition is all about & why its so important. I lost 3 lbs during this cleanse & felt so light and great. I didn't realize I was bloated every day before because you just get used to it over the years.
